Another project...DONE! My buffet is finally finished...

Here are some before & afters...

The 'smoky charcoal' is way out of the box for me, but I'm kinda liking it.  =)

  3. I think it looks amazing, I love the contrast with the gray. I am looking for a buffet myself and I love how this one turned out.

  4. What a beautiful makeover! You know a hundred people passed it by thinking it was a goner. But you not only saved it, you made it pretty again. I love the lines of these pieces.

  5. Thanks for all of the comments...I am on the lookout for another one myself! I think it would make a wonderful dresser or TV console! There are SO many ways to use upcycled furniture. I love it! =)

  7. Saw this on Better After and had to come to your blog. Love the buffet...I love the use of grey on it. I have a buffet that is very similar but I painted mine all white and distressed it which is much more expected. I have a real love for this type of furniture. My whole dining room is a matched set. I actually would have rather had a mix up of furniture but I found the whole set for $200 at Salvation Army and couldn't resist.

I'd love it if you linked it up with my Mod Mix Monday party that I hold every Monday at Mod Vintage Life. I love showing off new furniture made over in a new way.

    Just lovely.....
